Shard Box Store is a company producing and selling fine jewelry and crafts including chinese shard jewelry. The company designs and processes gold, silver, diamond, and a variety of precious stones into rings, earrings, necklaces and shard boxes by hand.
As the first private jewelry company in China, the Shard Box Store was founded in 1984 in BeiJing when the country just adopted the market economy system. Located in the Embassy District, the store attracts tens of thousand of international consumers every year and the company’s assets have grown to $1.5 million. Shard Box Store’s customers come from all over the world including many diplomatic officials and staff members of the U.S. embassy. Most notably among them are former First Lady Rosalyn Carter and Senator Hillary Clinton. They both took pictures with the owner to memorize the trip to China and Mrs. Carter even wrote a letter to the Store after she went back to America to praise the style, quality, and service of the company.
To respond the requests of lots of our customers, we now start selling products through the Internet with the hope of bringing our original designs along with our understanding of Chinese culture to our friends out of China. All the products will be shipped from Boston, Massachusetts. For now, we are selling our jewelry exclusively on Ebay.
